Managed the Royal Randwick Brookfield Multiplex re-development, which involved the $220 million redevelopments of the existing Steel structural frame of the Queen Elizabeth II stand. Sintra88 a senior Foreman supervised and coordinated 80 to120 tradesmen, in structure whilst liaising with others subcontractors, and ensured all scheduled deadlines were consistently met.

Employed by one tier Formwork company as a Foreman/Supervisor to manage the erection of formwork in a major commercial and residential development involving over 200,000m² of formwork with an estimated project value of $170 million. As Foreman/Supervisor, I supervised and coordinated the tradesmen on the two-tower complex, whilst liaising with additional subcontractors. To ensure all scheduled deadlines were consistently meet, I actively worked with the builder, Abi Group Contractors.

Sintra88 senior supervisors managed the development of a commercial/residential complex with an estimated project value of $75 million, which included a four-tower complex that ranged from four to sixteen stories. As a Foreman/Supervisor, I supervised and coordinated the structure team of concreters, formworkers ranging from 20 to 80-plus personnel, whilst liaising with steel fixers. In addition, I supervised and coordinated the erection of concrete precast panels. The formwork component was over 60,000m².

Sintra88 Senior Structures Supervisor managed the construction of the new Fairfield Police Station, which included a four-storey in-situ concrete. Our staff supervised all structure and coordinated concrete pours, placement of steel reinforcement, and formwork for Lipman Builders

Sintra88 managed multiple major commercial and industrial developments, including the construction of the Pan Pharmaceutical complex at Moorebank and the Austral Refrigeration at Glendenning. Projects primarily consisted of large industrial warehouses, which included ground slabs and suspended slabs, detailed excavations, and the erection of tilt up panels.
